Delete Your Data

You are always in control of your data on Selfki. This page explains how to delete your account and personal information.

Delete from the app

Once the Selfki app is available, you can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm, and the deletion is then processed automatically.

Request deletion by email

You can also request deletion at any time by emailing info@selfki.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile.
• Your uploaded selfies and other content.
• Your votes, points, rankings and activity history.
• Your email address and other personal data.

Timeline & exceptions

We delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days of your request. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule. We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it or to resolve disputes and prevent abuse, and such data is protected and deleted once no longer needed.
