Community Guidelines
Last updated: 24 July 2026
Selfki is a global community built on one simple idea: real, everyday selfies. These guidelines keep it safe, fair and welcoming for everyone, everywhere. They apply to every photo, vote and interaction on Selfki, and they work alongside our Terms of Service.
Be real
Post your own selfie, taken by you, of you. No stolen photos, no impersonation, and no pretending to be someone else. That's the whole point of Selfki.
Be respectful
Treat other people the way you'd want to be treated. Harassment, bullying, hate speech and threats have no place here.
What is not allowed
- Nudity or sexual content of any kind.
- Violence, self-harm or content that promotes them.
- Hate, harassment or discrimination based on who someone is.
- Illegal content or the promotion of illegal acts.
- Other people without consent, and any content that endangers minors.
- Spam, scams or artificial manipulation of votes and rankings.
- Bots and fake accounts.
Keeping minors safe
Selfki has a strict zero-tolerance policy for any content that sexualises or endangers minors. Such content is removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Reporting & blocking
If you see something that breaks these rules, use the in-app report button, or block a user to stop seeing their content. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and content is also screened automatically before it appears.
Consequences
Content that breaks these guidelines is removed. Depending on severity, we may warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
